Reset. Restart. Refocus. As many times as you need to.
Spring is the perfect time to evaluate where you are, reconnect with your vision, and reset your mind and body. A seasonal reset is an opportunity to release stress, toxins, and ways of living that don't serve you and to embrace a kinder, better way of living. A reset sets you up for better self-care, a healthier seasonal diet, joyful movement, and good quality rest. It is a wonderful opportunity to reset your course toward improved health and get into a place of better integrity with your body and mind.
01 – Spring into minimalism
If you are in need of a reset and are new to minimalism, we have broken down the nuances of minimalism (according to us, at least). What is minimalism?
Last month we have released our latest book, Inside Minimalism Vol. 2, which includes 50 short essays on simple living by a small team of writers from different backgrounds, but who all share a deep appreciation for minimalism as a way of life.
We are also releasing new episodes of our micro podcast monthly, which we welcome you to listen to.

03 – Share your stories
Do you have an interesting story you would like to share on Minimalism Life? We want to read about it. Here, you have the opportunity to get involved and contribute to our journal.
04 – Be mindfully social
We’re excited to update that our creative partnership with Supernova, the social network for a positive world, has blossomed into the spring. Supernova has 0% toxicity and donates from their advertising income to charities chosen by users. You support the causes that matter most to you simply by using the app and sharing positivity.
05 – Brands anchored by simplicity and sustainability
Minimalism can be about frugality and owning less, but it can also be about supporting ethical brands with sustainability at their core (less but better). Here’s several that you might be interested learning more about.
ASKET: ending fast fashion by making covetable everyday essentials
Nordic Knots: rugs inspired by the beauty of the Nordic light, colors and landscape
Quip: better oral care, made simple
Walden: products to inspire ritual, encourage the present moment, and honor tactility
LOEHR: a holistic and sustainable perspective on architecture
